MY BEEF MECHADO


Aside from family gathering and get together,  Food is one of most special  during Christmas seasons Here is my recipe for my potluck MY BEFF Mechado during our  Noche Buena 2016
MY MECHADO 

INGREDIENTS

 CONTADINA stewed tomato sauce





INGREDIENTS:
1k beef chunks
2 medium potatoes
2 medium carrots
1 bell pepper
1 tetra pack alaska evap
1 can CONTADINA stewed tomato sauce
2tbsp Lorins Patis
1 small pack del monte tomato paste
2 tbsp sugar


How to cook beef Mechado
  • Boil beef in water until tender. set aside beef 
  • Pan fry potatoes, carrots , bell pepper 
  • Add the boiled beef and Lorins Patis cook for 5 mins
  • Add the CONTADINA stewed tomato sauce. simmer for few minutes 
  • Add  Alaska evaporated milk
  • Add the tomato paste 
  • put  2 tbsp sugar
  • Cook until sauce becomes thick
  • Now ready to serve the Beef Mechado
