Pork Asado is one sweet pork dish, i love siopao asado so i try to cook this pork asado recipe. using San Pedro BBQ sauce and the Chinese New Year is past approaching , pork asado is one of Chinese dishes so tara lets luto na mga Mars !!!
i deep fry the 1 kilo of pork slab i put salt before i deep fry

after i deep fry the 1 kilo of pork slab for 30 minutes i remove it and prepare the major ingredient for my pork asado.
San Pedro BBQ sauce, brown sugar, star anise , salt and cornstarch
San Pedro BBQ sauce, brown sugar, star anise , salt and cornstarch
you need cornstarch to thick the sauce dissolve on the water then pag malambot na at malapit na maluto put the cornstarch.
after a minute turn off the heat remove the meat from the cooking pot iwanan mo lang yung sauce sa pot yung ang ilagay mo sa top ang meat bago i serve, now you can slice na si pork. before you serve put sauce on the top .
1 kilo pork slab
1/2 cup San Pedro BBQ sauce
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 pcs star anise
1-2 cups of water
2 spoons of cornstarch
Instructions
- i deep fry the 1kilo of pork slab
- boil the pork with San Pedro BBQ sauce and water
- simmer the meat for 45 minutes
- add brown sugar
- add the cornstarch
- add the star anise
- boil until the sauce become thick
- after a minute turn off the heat remove the meat from the cooking pot
- then slice
- transfer to a serving plate and top with the thick sauce and serve
